This family operated Boutique Condo Hotel offers spacious studio, one and two bedroom suites that feature balconies with ocean views, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, whirlpool tubs and finished with marble and granite throughout.

Deluxe Studio Suites - The luxurious studio suites are located in the second building of Princess Heights and are perfect for accommodating singles, couples and business travelers. This is the least expensive suite yet with all the luxury you expect from Princess Heights and high speed internet access. The maximum occupation is 2 persons.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suites - The spacious and custom decorated One Bedroom Suites are perfect for accommodating families as well as couples. This is because the One Bedroom Suite has a living area with a couch which can be transformed into a sleeper’s sofa. Next to this the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each unit is individually decorated and variations may occur. In Building 1 the balcony size may be different per suite. The maximum occupation is 4 persons.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Suites - The luxurious Two Bedroom Suites provide all the contemporary luxuries for a perfect stay for families and friends travelling together. Because of the separate bath- and bedrooms you will have the privacy you need yet still comfortable in one suite to enjoy the dinners and evenings together. Each unit is individually decorated and variations may occur. In Building 1 the balcony size may be different per suite. The maximum occupation is 6 persons.

Pool - The hotel has a large fresh water swimming pool with a slide for children. The pool is open 24 hours a day, but there is not a lifeguard on duty. From the pool deck you will have a beautiful ocean view. There are chairs and umbrellas available for guests to use.

Gym - The hotel has a small gym with the basic work out equipment. The gym is open 24 hours a day and is provided with air conditioning. The gym also has a television and a stereo for nice background music during your work out.

Welcome amenities in the suite - There are complimentary drinks in your fridge upon arrival and coffee/de-cafe as well. It is possible to request more drinks and coffee for a small compensation. In the bathroom you will find shampoo’s, conditioner, shower gel , hand soap and lotion.
