L'Yvantino is a charming, 5 bedroom St Barths beachfront villa located directly on Lorient  Beach and closed by restaurants, post office and grocery stores. The terrace overlooks the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean an the small islands nearby. You will hear the song of the waves breaking on the beach and the birds while having your morning coffee.

This five bedroom villa is comprised of 2 units with each one its private entrance. The 1st unit faces the beach and features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The bathroom with shower is shared in between the 2 bedrooms.

The 2nd unit can only be rented together with the beach side unit. On the ground floor there is 1 queen bedded room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor the is 1 queen and 1 twin bedded room with a shared bathroom with shower.

The living and dining room open onto a terrace overlooking Lorient beach and the ocean with the island of Toc Vert in the distance. This villa has a fully equipped large kitchen. All the bedrooms have garden views and are air conditioned.
