The main floor of SandCastle Pointe offers ceiling to floor "windows to the sea" that automatically open at the touch of a button and disappear into the walls to reveal sweeping views of the large pool deck, infinity edged pool and the endless blue of the ocean just beyond. A beautiful wraparound veranda is the perfect spot for lounging or al fresco dining, day and night. 

 

Living/Dining

With 18 foot ceilings and plenty of light from the large windows that encircle the main floor, the living and dining space at Sandcastle Pointe is spectacular. Two fabulous mid-century glass petal ball chandeliers hang as the area’s focal point and are wonderful conversation starters. Grand circular staircases adorn the main floor on either side and lead to the two identical master bedrooms upstairs. 

 

The villa's entryway is graced with a 1950’s era Lucite chandelier and custom-made mahogany and glass double doors. The dining room table expands to ten feet and will seat ten comfortably when fully extended. The living area boasts a large sectional seating area, perfect for gazing out onto the turquoise waters that surround and for entertaining.

 

Kitchen

This luxury contemporary kitchen by Poggenpohl is an integral part of SandCastle Pointe's main floor living space and features automatic sliding pocket doors that open the entire kitchen to the pool deck and the refreshing Caribbean breezes. Done in a striking Spanish Red and teak combination, along with Corian countertops, this kitchen is a chef’s dream (amateur or professional) and a joy to work in. 

 

Billards & Entertainment

A favorite space of SandCastle Pointe guests, the billiard/entertainment area is where most people spend their time (when not in the pool!) The centerpiece of this room is a modern solid cherry Vitale billiard table that will bring out the pool shark in you. At the other end of the room is a seating area facing the 50 inch plasma television. 

 

Pool Deck

The curved infinity-edged pool and surrounding deck is the centerpiece of SandCastle Pointe villa. Lounge in the glorious Caribbean sun or seek shelter under the beautiful wraparound veranda…the choice is yours. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for your comfort. Stereo speakers are installed outside, both on the veranda and the open pool area so you can enjoy your own IPOD playlists, or plug into the villa’s Sonus music system, with a choice of over 3 million songs on Rhapsody.

Master Bedrooms

A unique and very special feature of SandCastle Pointe Villa is the availability of two Master Bedrooms. Located on each side of the upstairs floor, identical air conditioned master bedrooms are accessed by a private circular staircase, illuminated by collector-inspired Sputnik lights and dome lighting. As you enter the spacious bedrooms through antique curved mahogany doors you will notice the Cyprus ceilings and walls behind the king-size beds. 

 

Large seating areas are perfect for reading and relaxing, while walk-in closets are provided for your convenience. A private outdoor terrace can be enjoyed with chairs and a cushioned bench to view the spectacular never-ending ocean vistas. The sleek large master ensuite baths include both indoor and outdoor showers, double sinks on Corian countertops and teak cabinets. For your ultimate relaxation there is also a Bain Ultra Origami hydrotherapy tub.
